His expertise in Mobility & Logistics, Software Enterprise, IndustrialTech and Fintech supports Aluna Partners’ clients with critical ad-hoc analysis on their Business Model, Traction and business forecasting, Addressable Market, Company Valuation and capital structure.

 

He was a Goldman Sachs Equity Research Analyst covering 32 large industrial conglomerates listed across the major European stock exchanges such as Siemens, ABB and Schneider Electric. He advised large hedge funds & other institutional investors, management teams and Executive Committees, whilst also initiating coverage on newly IPOed companies. 

 

His expertise includes advanced financial modelling for structuring complex transactions. Stefano holds a first-class MSc in Finance from Queen Mary, University of London and studies in Venture Capital & Private Equity from Bocconi.
